Refund policy

Return Policy

Used items can be returned if the item is defective. We will exchange used returns for the same title. If the same title is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for the total amount of the initial purchase.

New items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of initial purchase. New item returns must be in complete and resalable condition.

Any refunds on new items must be credited back to the same card used during the initial purchase.
